About Our Fees

The cost of the services we provide can vary greatly from
case-to-case, depending upon the type of matter involved.

We provide a free consultation by e-mail. Kindly submit our form with basic information about your situation and needs.

If we agree to accept your project, and you agree to retain us, we will provide you with a brief, initial estimate of the time and expense involved, and will provide a Retainer Agreement which must be signed by you and returned to us.

Our standard fee is US$300.00 per hour. In addition, costs for out-of-pocket expenses will be charged. If travel is required or recommended, they will be billed at cost.

Alternative types of fee arrangements, including contingency fees, may be available in some cases.
